Awesome building to live in.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great and helpfull staff. Many people seem to be living in the building for 20+ years. Thick walls so no noise complaints either. Very pet friendly building. Gas/electricity included in rent.
Cons:
It's pre-war building, so the water pressure isn't too great. Also the central heating seems to be very high - we had to keep our windows open throughout the whole winter.

Solid place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman building, decently sized, utilities included
Cons:
Water pressure, safety during the winter (streets are completely empty, have been followed home once)
