Kips Bay Court is a great option
Former Tenant

Stable, reliable, responsive, great amenities. Gym is fine. Mailroom is great. Rooms and kitchens are huge. Balconies are great.

It was pretty good
Former Tenant
Pros:
I enjoyed how nice the leasing office was and all of the amenities they had to offer
Cons:
I didn’t enjoy no ac in the living room, and there’s only one elevator working for a 16 floor complex, because they’re renovating them
