Lovely apartments but very loud neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are new/modern and well-maintained. The staff are AMAZING. They really value customer service and everyone goes out of their way to be very nice and responsive.
Cons:
The neighborhood is very loud. Being right next to several hospitals and right on 2nd Ave, there are somewhat constant sirens going on. And the noise from the street is loud. Really the only major con of the building.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work!
