Fairly priced, beware of roaches

Good security, package delivery, nice apartment size
Cons:
Elevator broken for ~5 months, frequent roach issue (even in building lobby), difficult management

Pros:
The management company is quite responsive to any issues with the apartment building and once you have the right contact for each of your needs, they're very responsive and easy to speak with.
Cons:
The only items I didn't like weren't really in the building's control - i.e. local law 11 noise, they redid the elevators and hallways which took forever and was annoying when I lived on a higher floor. But now it's all renovated and the LL 11 work is almost done so much better.
