Excellent building, spacious
Former Tenant
Pros:
spacious units, responsive management (replaced our ac's and stove on a dime), great view over 14th st downtown, fast elevators, always kept lobby clean
Cons:
occasional pests (~3 roaches a year), heat got decently high in the winter, needed to run the AC often.

Clean and quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet and peaceful. I get lots of good light with a south- and east-facing windows. I know that some units don't get as much light. There's a good sized kitchen with full dishwasher. The halls and elevator are kept clean. Good trash management. I've never seen pests.
Cons:
When the shower drain was clogged, it took management months to send someone. I haven't encountered other issues (thankfully), but if there were more pressing concerns with the apartment, I would hope management would respond to them with a little more brevity.

Cons:
Didn't respond to any of my requests to unclog the tub

A nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building and community green space were well maintained
Cons:
On weekends sometimes there’d be yelling in the streets

I loved it here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything. Location, building and community, amenities.
Cons:
It was perfect. I'm only moving out because I want lower rent. A couple times I woke up to loud traffic on 14th street, but otherwise it was everything I wanted.

Decent Place, but loud neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building. When maintenance staff is available they are very helpful. Had some issues with our shower and sink drain.
Cons:
Can get unlucky with neighbors. A lot of young college kids live here and they can be loud during the school year.
Advice to owner:
Enforce quite hours during the week?

Nice community, apartments aren’t great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty good management, nice neighbors
Cons:
Cockroaches…and rent is way too high. Tried to overcharge me for last month.
