Expensive but great first apartment in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood with lots of families
Cons:
We had a flood in the apartment that came from the apartment above. Management took a while to solve the issue but it is a large complex with many buildings so it is expected to have a longer wait time but weeks went by before it was fixed and patched up

I regret the day I left StuyTown
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great management, responsive to work order requests, clean apt and hallways, lovely porter
Cons:
In the winter the noise from the pucks hitting the walls of the ice rink reverberated up the walls quite loudly but that was the only remotely negative about my two years there
