Love this building
Former Tenant

New York Living
Former Tenant
Pros:
I enjoy living here because there is a big sense of community, the people are friendly and they always host events for residents. The grounds are well maintained and the buildings are LEED certified. Security are always walking the grounds and monitoring the area.
Cons:
Management is not always responsive. Little communication within their own staff. There have been multiple occasions when maintenance would enter the residence without prior warning for a bedbug check, or they would not come at all when requested for plumping service, etc. Additionally, the way rent is broken up on their portal to pay online is very confusing, especially with roommates paying separately. They have no in person accounting office, only leasing.
