Professional and Responsive Property Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, responsive maintenance and security and other resident services, huge bedrooms
Cons:
Across the street from the hospital so constant sirens from ambulances and police. One bathroom for three people and living rooms could be bigger or have more window access. Neighbors are pretty quiet but also "Karens" as there are a lot of old people. They also increase rent middle of year in addition to at resigning (they were deceptive with this).
Advice to owner:
Soundproof windows and group young people in buildings together
Over 1 year ago
Solid spot for temporary living
Former Tenant
Pros:
First place that's felt like a home to me since the house I grew up in.
Cons:
Takes them an eternity at times to repair things.
Feels like college
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors, trash sorting
Cons:
One of the Elevators frequently acts up. Laundry room washers are always broken.

Stuytown makes it easy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything is taken care of for you. You don’t really need to worry about much
Cons:
A lot of families and kids but it wasn’t too bad.
