Great Location & Community
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was always well maintained by staff, cleaning the lobby/elevators, trash/recycling, etc. The lawns and common area were well maintained and amenities were a nice perk such as the outdoor gym, courts, park, etc.
Cons:
Not many complaints other than a few stolen packages, thankfully nothing expensive
Advice to owner:
Keep going with efforts to make the community more green/encourage proper recycling/energy use. Great place to live with families.
