Fine for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good price
Close to subway station
Cons:
Thin walls and loud neighbors
Laundry machines were not well maintained and never left my clothes smelling clean
Management was largely nonresponsive and also charged us for arbitrary things on our security deposit

Great Location & Community
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was always well maintained by staff, cleaning the lobby/elevators, trash/recycling, etc. The lawns and common area were well maintained and amenities were a nice perk such as the outdoor gym, courts, park, etc.
Cons:
Not many complaints other than a few stolen packages, thankfully nothing expensive
Advice to owner:
Keep going with efforts to make the community more green/encourage proper recycling/energy use. Great place to live with families.
