    Elevators, clean lobby
    Cons:
    The heating is based on an outdated and faulty sensor system which means apartments either get no heat or too much. Most of the winter when it was freezing out there was zero heat.
    Another issue is packages get stolen a lot by people piggybacking into the lobby.

    Cleanliness is sometimes an issue but the porters do a great job cleaning up after messy tenants.
