Stuytownm pros and cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area, not too expensive, very safe feeling, packages delivered to your door, utilities included one free year of Wi-Fi.
Cons:
THIN WALLS- neighbors were loud cuz they have 4 kids and fight a lot, made so much worse by thin walls. Plaster walls are also not great for hanging things up. Heat was way too hot in the winter
Advice to owner:
Temperature control better

Typical Stuytown Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice new finishings on some units including the one we were in. No separate utilities bill as all were at a flat fee. Elevator and laundry both in building.
Cons:
A little bit too far from L train station although now they have a new stop closer to this building so that solves that. A bit too steep pricing.
Advice to owner:
Make it more affordable please
