Not much to complain about, heat is way too hot in the winter and you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs depending on your neighbors

Easy living in Stuytown!

Pros

Great amenities, feel taken care of with a constant presence of porters and Stuytown employees. Building is clean and quiet.

Cons

Had a small issue with cockroaches - not an infestation, but we usually see about 1 per month. Stuytown provided an exterminator that was difficult to work with and refused to look for entry points (kept insisting "they come through the drains" even though our drains are only open when in use.
