Clean Building, Run Well

Pros:
The building was always in great shape, constantly being cleaned and maintained by the super. The super was also always very responsive to anything I needed help with.
Cons:
Nothing against the actual building, but my neighbor was always extremely loud and would smoke that would seep through the walls. I tried notifying management but there wasn't much they could do.

Roaches out of control

Pros:
First year living there was great- I did see a roach but they were prompt in fixing the issue. Garbage area is well kept, neighbours are generally okay
Cons:
Roaches in my second year living here have been out of control. Also mice seen multiple times in the building. Management doesn’t respond and the super Is not always helpful
Advice to owner:
Treat the entire building with pesticide monthly!!!! There is a an infestation!!!

Nice building w/ responsive super

Pros:
Building is pretty quiet. Buzzer system in entrance works well. Garbage in stairwell of lower level very convenient and glad it’s not dirty out in front of the building. Laundry conveniently located in lower level as well. Super on site and same-day response to requests.
Cons:
Typical NYC cons. No elevator for 6th walk-up. Lobby packages frequently stolen. Stairwell needs a good mopping. But overall pretty clean

Overall a good building to live in!

Pros:
Awesome location, clean (weekly), problems are being taken care of in a fast manner, most neighbors are sweet and respectful
Cons:
Packages get stolen occasionally. The heat is a little out of control but that seems to be typical for those types of older buildings
Advice to owner:
Find a solution for packages.

Pros:
Great live-in super. The building is pretty well maintained. A nice quiet block.
Cons:
The walls could be thicker. Sometimes we have problems with deliveries being stolen or destroyed.
Advice to owner:
Create locked package rooms.

Love and miss this building

Pros:
I loved living in this building and miss it every day. Quiet, clean, organized, so much convenience etc.
Cons:
Only thing that was a bit difficult was when they updated the laundry room, there was not enough space between the machines and the walls so it was a bit difficult anytime more than 1 person was trying to do laundry at the same time. Overall minor complaint though, I loved having access to so many machines.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing, keeping the building in such great shape, having a meticulous super, etc.
