Love this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very well-connected location, enormous private garden, wonderful doormen and staff, 24/7 laundry in basement with tons of machines
Cons:
Hallways need a refresh, a little noisy due to proximity to hospitals

Loved Living Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here briefly before moving in with my boyfriend and the staff is so hard working. The residents have been there forever and you can tell so much love goes into this place. Highly recommend
Cons:
No flashy amenities like a rooftop, although the courtyard is amazing! The gym requires an annual fee and the package room keeps specific hours. All super minor though!

Clean, friendly, quiet, excellent building
Former Tenant
Pros:
See above: great building with excellent doorman, package room, great courtyard, very thick walls, every apt has excellent lighting
Cons:
Managing company could be more responsive, if you want a dog it's possible but kind of a hassle
Advice to owner:
Keep it up

Excellent Doormen and Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive, great doormen, great staff.
Cons:
In the winter the pipes sometimes leak due to the cold - the building is very good at handling it but it still happens.

Beautiful Building, Annoying Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
24 hour doormen, private courtyard, laundry, gym, block from Trader Joe’s and fairway, close walk to 6 train, attentive and friendly staff.
Cons:
Management makes everything difficult, lots of old people and families, not dog friendly
Advice to owner:
Management should be worked on

Lived here for 5 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Garden space, doormen and staff are amazing, spacious layouts
Cons:
Renters aren’t allowed to have pets, the experience really depends on who the landlords of your unit are, tons of rules about shared areas, gym is dingy
