Not sure what to think….
Former Tenant
Pros:
Got full security deposit back, repairs done in timely manner, decent appliances, good location/lighting, pet friendly
Cons:
Packages frequently stolen from lobby, move in was atrocious (unusable refrigerator and bathroom caked with mold and buildup, found needles under fridge), loud street noise, filthy hallways, unusable washer and dryer also filled with mold and lint enough to be a fire hazard, and of course, overpriced for a studio apartment

Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location, hot water
Cons:
Hallways are often dirty. This is basically a glorified college dorm with exorbitant rent.

Never ever ever live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good
Cons:
In one year of living at this building all this happened: a mouse infestation (likely due to mountains of garbage just left in the courtyard for days at a time), a roach problem, an active shooting (building door was left open for two weeks so police could investigate), TWICE the main lock to get into the building broke, so no one could put their key in the lock to enter the apartment - when we tried to call the super about this, it turned out we were all given the wrong number and were actually texting some random person - and generally just rude and absent management.
