Great apartment for shared living

Spacious 3 bedroom at a good price. Laundry in unit. Access to gym. Maintenance was responsive. Friendly doormen
Cons:
Difficult to work with leasing office for move-in / move-out and renewals. Lobby has been under construction for greater part of lease

Nice working with a management company (no fees) - get on their rental list serve to see upcoming properties coming to market!
Cons:
It can be tricky dealing directly with management. They are not flexible so recommend following their rules - they will not give in to requests.

Large apartments. Good location.
Cons:
Hallways are not clean and updated. Doormen are not professional. When I moved out one of the doorman continuously called me on my personal cell phone that he got from the building.
Advice to owner:
Update the common spaces and security.

Loved living here, but management is AWFUL

Good building and location. Fast maintenance response.
Cons:
High rent increases and AWFUL property management. I originally wrote a good review until I went through the process of moving out. Not only are they completely unresponsive, they give false information and do not follow through on anything. I went to move out and my elevator reservation was not shared with the doorman. The doorman was rude and actually yelled at me which I never thought it would experience in a building that I paid so much to live on. I went through all the correct processes to reserve the elevator and book movers even receiving confirmation from the property managers. Instead they had all the elevators in use and made me wait an hour with my movers (who I pay by the hour). Absolute ridiculous. They have now been completely unresponsive about returning my security deposit.
Advice to owner:
Respond when people that pay to live in your building ask you questions
