Very responsive maintenance, very friendly neighbors, very safe with doorman

Only 2 elevators and sometimes 1 breaks down. Some construction noise in neighboring apartments

Unmatched location in the heart of The Village!

Pros

Location, location, location! Beautiful views, decent sized apartment.

Cons

Some mice problems now and then as well as cockroaches but not a pest or anything similar. Sometimes elevators were out of service and it is a very tall building.

Thank you for all you did, just check more frequently pest control techniques
