Loved my time here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Legit soundproof walls, couldn't hear a thing - Apartments had so much space! In-unit washer and dryer was amazing - Staff was nice, food delivered right to your door, good package management system - Great location
Cons:
- Responsiveness to issues was sometimes slow, not terrible though - Raised rent by an obscene amount our second year living there so had to move out. Raised it $100 the first year, $1700 the second year.
Advice to owner:
Don't raise the rent by so much

Management was a disaster
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great
Cons:
When I rented here a few years ago, stellar management was absolutely awful. They were unresponsive about things like lease renewals. They were trying to renovate apartments so that they could charge significantly more
Advice to owner:
Get lost

Terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, great doormen,
Cons:
I hated so much about this place. Management was absolutely awful, unresponsive, and unwilling to work with tenants. Management also lied to me about my lease situation. All the hallways smelled like smoke. There were cockroaches in the building.
Advice to owner:
I have no advice to ownership other than to say that prospective tenants should stay far away.

Lust or luxury?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building staff, elevators, location
Cons:
Building management, most apartments are not renovated (not luxurious), overpriced
Advice to owner:
Price your apartments according to the amenities provided. I live in a non-renovated apartment yet pay more than people in the building in a renovated high floor apartment. Makes no sense. Also you should really work with tenants to price their apartment at market rate especially during a pandemic
