Beautiful apartment, building itself was a disaster (but still favorite NYC apt)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gorgeous renovated apartments, down to the details and finishes. Unique space and apartment quality for the price. Even share layout. Wonderful neighborhood and neighboring businesses
Cons:
Building itself felt like it should have been condemned. It was shocking to see the apts inside after being in the hallway. Front door didn’t really lock, pests seen in the entry, significant noise from the bridge above.
Management was not great but not the worst I’ve experienced.
However, despite the cons still my favorite place I’ve lived in NYC!
