Do NOT rent from Better Living!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Honestly nothing. Had a miserable experience living here and especially dealing with the managements x
Cons:
Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE management. Ariel is one of the most challenging people I’ve ever met. They withheld my security deposit after I cleaned my place within and inch of my life. They also tried to show my apartment 6+ times everyday until it got rented while I was working from home.
Neighbors throw parties, steal packages and fight like crazy. You can hear everything!
Advice to owner:
Take care of your people better and stop trying to cut corners on your tenants.

Be Careful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and fun night life.
Cons:
Building management is unresponsive in emergent situations. Windows have no insulation leading to all the sounds of Manhattan at all hours.
