Apartment Flooded and They Didn't Care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Managed by Metronest, so they have a lot of units in the area. It was inexpensive initially (we had a covid deal). They don't care about pets at all.
Cons:
Couldn't be less responsive. Do not have a super. Do not have a clear management. We were displaced because our 4th floor apartment flooded when a ceiling collapsed for the 2nd time late on a Satruday night. Even when we went to the management company office, they said they couldn't help us. Not until my roommate brought in legal council did they bother to attempt to place us in vacant, furnished apartments around the East Village. They then had the audacity to raise rent by 40%. Don't live here.
