Great location but horrible building upkeep
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and quiet neighbors
Cons:
Building is infested with mice. Exterminator comes monthly but doesn’t do much to control the situation.
Building management ignores complaints from tenants
Building hallways are never maintained, floors are always disgusting.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the building better
