Nice Building, Somewhat Annoying Neighbors (Specifically 4B)

Pros:
Super is very responsive. Icon management team was also very responsive.
Cons:
Neighbor in apartment 4B is not great, very very sensitive to noise and I think has some mental issues. He also seems to live in a rent controlled apartment, so he's been there for a while.

Pros:
Overall, the units in the building are pretty nice and comparable to other buildings in the area! The live in super is wonderful and does a great job staying on top of any concerns and keeping the building well-maintained.
Cons:
When I had a significant repair issue in my apartment that had to be escalated to building management, they were not very helpful or responsive. It lead to a serious issue with my apartment that was not taken as seriously as it should have been and it left me without a suitable space for several days.
Advice to owner:
I would recommend having a clearer system for reporting and addressing maintenance concerns
