Well maintained but poorly managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was well maintained and I didn’t have any issues with pests. Lots of natural light in my apt and super convenient location
Cons:
- management and the super were hard to reach and unresponsive - a few of my packages were stolen - electric heating so utilities were insanely expensive -loud at night
Advice to owner:
Install a camera in the entryway, better communication with tenants

Terrible Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only exciting thing about our lease was the day it ended
Cons:
Where do I even begin? By far the worst landlord I have ever dealt with. Completely unresponsive super who failed to pick up any of our calls or respond to our emails over the course of our 18 month stay. What are they even paying this guy for if he won’t even do his job?! All of our corespondence had to go through the CFO of the management company who was quite possibly the least helpful and straight up disrespectful person I’ve ever had to talk to. They broke the lease multiple times by letting “workers” into our apartment while we were away at work without letting us know. We came home multiple times to find our belongings thrown across the floor, furniture turned upside down, scratches all across the walls, pee on the toilet seat, you name it. I even had cash and other items stolen out of my drawer. When I brought this to the CFO’s attention, instead of saying sorry and trying to make repercussions, he responded by saying there was nothing I could do about it. These “workers” continued to enter our property multiple times and incidents like the first continued to happen. Also, they never fixed our AC units after we asked them 3 times over the course of our lease and our CFO had the brains to respond with “i think the heat may be having something to do with the unit working properly”. Like yeah buddy that’s what an AC unit is for!!!! Ultimately this guy was the scum of the earth and the purpose of this post is to expose him for who he is so that other people do not get caught in the same situation as me.
Advice to owner:
Have some respect for your tenants. The only reason you continue to pull shady tactics on your tenants is because you’ve gotten away with it in the past and no one has held you accountable. I hope this review and this app changes that.

Not bad but not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of natural light from the windows
Cons:
Lots of heat from the natural light in the summer
Advice to owner:
That maintenance guy you guys have been using for years is worthless. There are loads of people out there who’d do a better job
