No access to owner, loud neighbors
Advice to owner:
Painting the hallways like a 5 year old does not constitute a price increase

Bigger than most apartments

Get a bit more space than other studios Convenient location Friendly superintendent
Cons:
Restaurant downstairs is very loud and I can smell the food inside the building Street noises Sometimes when the garbage is pilling up there’s a smell No camera, lost packages a few times Weak heating system
Advice to owner:
Install camera, do something about the restaurant smell inside the building
