It is what it is
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly quiet for being so close to Union Square/NYU
Cons:
Lots of tenant turnaround made it difficult to know who was supposed to be in the building. Lots of stolen packages and the front door was pried open on more than one occasion.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants more promptly

not great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
quiet and bright, clean lobby, responsive super, rooftop access
Cons:
tiny trash room, refused and delayed repairs often (only one outlet in the bedroom worked and they said that i didn’t need the other two), rude management dodged calls

Ups and downs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near train station for commute purposes.
Cons:
Management does not have the building’s best interest at heart, some tenants are very rude and obnoxious. Our family has lived in this building for a while.
Advice to owner:
Try to be more flexible with your tenants, we are paying you money to keep us under a safe roof and at times- it feels like the opposite.

Solid residency in a quiet area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient access to main subway stations
Cons:
When moving in they make you ‘buy’ the existing installed ACs in the unit.
