Pros:
The building for the most part is well maintained and management is most of the time easy to deal with. Great location and good price for the area.
Cons:
Issue with roaches even though exterminator comes every other month. Building does get loud from restaurants below and other tenants. No laundry in the building
Advice to owner:
Solve roach problem
