Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly quiet though some tenants are loud. (Loud construction across the street.)

Decent location next to precinct.
Cons:
Horrible prolonged issues with heat and hot water in unit. Going on day 4 of not having either. No idea when this will be fixed.

Major leak under sink, and some outdated elements here. I would not recommend.

UPDATE: after fixing the boiler, it broke again. DO NOT recommend this residence.
Advice to owner:
Address emergencies such as no heat and hot water appropriately as emergencies e

Garbage shoot. Big living area. Laundry in building. Pretty cheap!
Cons:
Small kitchen. No elevator.
