Peter Cooper Village is an oasis
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments, very responsive and friendly management, so much quiet green space, neighbors of all ages.
Cons:
If you need the subway, then it's a 10 minute walk from 1st Avenue to Park and 23rd. Citibikes are right on the corner of 23rd and 1st Ave, as is the 1st Ave bus.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work.

Stuyvesant Town/PCV east 23 st
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighbors, great community.
Cons:
False sense of security - need more security personnel. Laundry Room - machines always in disrepair. Needs more/new machines - change to another laundry provider.
