Great view, whack super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location! Quiet bc of park, close to a ton of food + fun things to do - a very rich place to live, you’re paying for location; heat and water is covered, all amenities are well maintained mostly; management company is held together by two very sweet girls who will actually help you if you’re nice !! Rooftop has a lovely view as well
Cons:
The two beds aren’t true two beds, they’re converted one bed with a tiny second bedroom; super is missing in action and will only come out to do repairs if something is actually life threatening; roach problem, which they’ve done nothing about; roof flooded during a storm, super was nowhere to be found and a tenant had to bail the entire complex out by unclogging the roof drain
