I love Waterside
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, friendly staff, easily accessible, good size apartments, plaza is convenient and clean, grocery store on premise
Cons:
Leasing office is a mess. Took forever to hear back and had to continually follow up to hear back. But once you’re past them, it’s smooth sailing. Maintenance requests are via phone and not through an online platform to make it easy to manage.
Advice to owner:
Revamp leasing process. Create app or online portal for maintenance requests.
