Big Units, far away
Former Tenant

Cons:
Walls are not soundproof
Long waits for elevators
Out of the way

Great views, but slow to respond to service requests
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the views, room sizes, sense of community
Cons:
Systems used by new owner, Brookfield, used to submit service requests and management office requests are not timely, results in delayed response to requests.
Advice to owner:
Bring back the personal touch used by previous owners

Great place to live in Manhattan
Former Tenant
Pros:
24/7 security and doorman service. Large laundry room in building. Maintenance staff on site. All the perks of living in Manhattan without the noise and hassles.
Cons:
Only 4 elevators for 37 floors so can sometimes have a bit of wait at peak times.
Advice to owner:
Find better times for trash removal. Taking an elevator out of service at peak times is frustrating. Security needs to understand they’re there to help protect tenants, not harass them.

Very lovely
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building staff really cares about residents, spotlessly clean, kind office staff, run like a tight ship!
Cons:
Lots of rules, security will yell at you if you are parked out in front too long
Advice to owner:
Great work Waterside!
