One of the best property management + buildings
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large windows! Friendly concierge. Fast responses from management. Clean and always on top of everything. Modern amenities. Partnership with lifetime gym.
Cons:
Some units are very small, but you do get the best property management service out there.

Great building—old neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great performing artist building. Cleaned well and regular maintenance checks of apartments. Security does a good job as well with the lobby
Cons:
Ad hoc requests from maintenance is a nightmare to get done. And refiling for rent is also a nightmare. High turnover and staff is under trained for it to happen smoothly
Advice to owner:
Train your staff and get your backlog of maintenance requests completed

Manhattan Plaza -
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pros:
- Good responsiveness to issues, great staff
- Great community
Cons:
Cons:
- Can be a bit noisy as a lot of musicians and singers live here and rehearse at home, especially since the start of the pandemic
- Installed heater/combo units are older models and sometimes aren't as effective and reliable as you'd like (but are attentively serviced as needed)
