Not Worth the Price, Loud Neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern appliances, high ceilings
Cons:
Unresponsive landlord, a building with no rules where neighbors can throw loud parties until 4 am and nobody does anything. Neighbors can also keep their bikes at the apartment hallways. They don’t clean the snow from the accessibility ramp, packages are stolen from the mail room all the time. Also, pay attention at the lease contract bc they usually don’t include a termination clause, forcing you to stay until the end or pay in full.
Advice to owner:
Be more communicative and try to accommodate to the paying tenants’ needs. It’s not just about getting the money and not doing anything to help.
