Beware of the super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is very nice.
Cons:
The super (and his wife) are deranged people. They are the only ones allowed to use the laundry in the basement and they don't take care of the building. The stairs are always disgusting they pick up the trash whenever they want to and they will take about two weeks to do something that needs fixing. They have sole access to the security cameras but claim they don't record so they can't help you if your package goes missing. One time the super Jimmy entered my apartment when I wasn't there - he claimed it was necessary but they decide what is deemed necessary. Pray you never need to call them because they are horrible people.
Advice to owner:
Change the super!

Nice apt but bad super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, decent appliances, beautiful lobby, and an elevator!
Cons:
The super and his family are very difficult to deal with. They are rude and not particularly willing to assist with common problems in apartments. Even if you are a quiet, good tenant, it is difficult to establish a relationship.
Advice to owner:
Keep to yourself and pay your rent on time! Don’t expect much from your Super.
