It Will Do
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much noise when going to bed, my neighbor is nice, new appliances
Cons:
Had two roaches in my apartment and I screamed like a child. Can’t do bugs. But idk if they have a problem. Also, gotta pay for laundry which is stupid.

Mostly satisfied, but management can be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord has been actively putting in work to upgrade the building (recently the lobby was painted and re-floored, and the mailboxes were upgraded); superintendent is very responsive and helpful to issues; able to pay rent through portal online
Cons:
Elevator goes out of service very often, intercom goes out of service pretty often, on-site property manager does not work very hard to respond to tenant issues in a timely manner
Advice to owner:
Would look at hiring a new on-site manager who is more responsive to tenant issues
