Beautiful courtyard / not great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the neighbors and the beautiful courtyard. Newly renovated apartments.
Cons:
I had a lot of problems with management. We had a pest issue where the squirrels somehow found an opening from the rooftop into our walls. We also had a lot of rooftop leaks. I would not recommend living on the top floor to prevent these issues from happening.

Very beautiful building but... mice galore
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a beautiful building with a nice courtyard that made easy to escape the city feel
Cons:
Mice, rats, went without hot water in the winter, lazy management office
Advice to owner:
