Pros:
The location, my apartment, access to garbage chute and elevator
Cons:
Common areas are not cleaned regularly, pest control is not consistent, and new people moving in are not ideal. Management does not fix things promptly . When I left it had become infested with roaches .
Advice to owner:
Please keep up with pest control and keeping the building tidy.

The apartment is lovely, lots of natural light and closets.
Cons:
The super could do a better job of cleaning and less socializing.
Advice to owner:
You should make unannounced inspections of the building.

Pros:
Super is very responsive. Love the location, close to all subways/restaurants/groceries etc.
Cons:
Walls are thin so it’s pretty noisy, but that’s NYC for you. Wish the rent was lower, but that’s NYC for you.
Advice to owner:
Either lower the rent or make improvements to the building. There are better deals in the neighborhood.
