A wonderful place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
I absolutely loved living in this building!! The staff are SO nice and helpful, they made my experience so great. The amenities are awesome. I loved using the rooftop, gym, tv room, and sun deck. The apartment was great with beautiful views of the city. We never had any rodent or roach issues.
Cons:
Hard to think of one! It's a little pricey but that's it.

Great location and apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building concierge is great and its 24 hours. Staff is very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. Great location next to herald square which makes getting around NYC very easy. Tons of natural sunlight come into the bedrooms. Great view next to the Empire State Building
Cons:
Units are a little dated and AC units are quite old so they are prone to some issues during the summer.
Advice to owner:
Consider upgrading key parts of the apartments (AC, Kitchen)

It’s just okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wouldn’t live here again, but I didn’t have a bad experience. Management is mostly nice and never had any issues with the amenities.
Cons:
Located in mid-town and neighbors can be loud at night when coming back from partying. Heating is a huge issue in the winter and was never fixed despite multiple reports.

Fantastic building, management, and staff!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was super well maintained, the staff are all super friendly and helpful, and the management is super easy to work with :)
Cons:
The area lacks good food and bars. The Korean food is all really good... unfortunately, that is basically your only option.
Advice to owner:
Nothing - I love this apartment :D

Cons:

Wanna go to court move here management bullies tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Concierges are grest
Cons:
Tax abated tenants get treated subpar
Advice to owner:
Get building managers that have people skills and doesnt prefer one tenant over another due to paying market rent and not paying full rent
