Loved this building; my first home in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here for 8 years and only saw my monthly rent go up $25-$50 each year. Management was responsive, professional, and wrote a great letter of recommendation when I moved out. Wonderful neighborhood, great sized studios (the whole building is studios).
Cons:
Pretty intense walk-up for higher floors. Some pest problems with the garden/compost next door and street-level restaurants. Management only accepts payment by mail via check.
Advice to owner:
Look into alternative payment options for faster payment.
