Avoid this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to nightlife (restaurants and bars).
Cons:
No elevator. Revolving door of tenants, mostly college-aged who have loud parties and hang out in hallways at all hours of the night. NoiThere is also a reoccurring tenant who continues to damage building property and puts tenants in danger. Roaches have been an issue. Packages have been continuously stolen. Greedy landlords with ever increasing rents.
