great location but falling apart
Former Tenant
Pros:
location and neighborhood. decent price and didn't experience price gouging during the pandemic. garbage maintained well.
Cons:
6th floor walk-up. doorbell and intercom constantly not working. water pressure in shower is horrible. shower barely drained even with snaking and draino. could not fit full-sized fridge in the studio apartment. was unreasonably hot whenever the heat turned on. walls were very thin.
