    Pros:
    Super is very responsive, building is well maintained and quiet, thru wall ac units, only 6 units
    Cons:
    Garbage is indoors on first floor causing hallway to smell sometimes
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing to add!

    Well maintained and super is responsive
    Cons:
    Apartment can get hot but luckily it comes with an AC unit

    Pros:
    Fairly quiet neighbors and a responsive super. Across the street from a nice laundromat and has lots of good food nearby.
    Cons:
    Creaky floors. Lots of construction and traffic in the area. Hall way is dirty and apartments get pretty dusty. No ventilation in apartment. No window screens either.
