Pros:
This is the prime spot in the West Village, and the apartments have amazing natural light, hardwood floors, and recently updated appliances. Genuinely loved this space
Cons:
The building itself is very old and the staircase is a bit crooked / unkempt. There were also some communication / delay in service issues with management. The building is being renovated so some of these issues will be resolved.
