Great Location, Average Building

Pros:
Great location. Think you could argue it is one of the best located buildings in the city. Close to w village, 123, ACE, L and close to 6th ave FM subway. Close to all the big stores on 6th ave, the highline, west side highway, chelsea piers.
Cons:
Trash management is bad. sushi restaurant downstairs throws garbabge on the streets and major rats on the sidewalk
Advice to owner:
Clean up trash and have better phone operators for general requests
