Fine for what it costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
fine location and pretty good rate.
Cons:
no amenities. have lived here for 2 years and had 1 mice problem during (lasted about 3 weeks and building management did little to resolve it) and have seen a few cockroaches. trash management is subpar and needs to be collected more often. packages get stolen frequently. the street can be loud if you have a street facing apartment.

French doors lets the light in!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Walking commute to mid town. The set up is nice lets the front room bring all the light through the clear French doors
Cons:
Not the cleanest hallway and no amenities at all but the maintenance people arrive within the day and never had a problem with the heat/pests
Advice to owner:
Do some updates to the kitchens or hallways
