Neighbors can be noisy. You hear everything. They crank the heat up. Old building. Can be dirty at times and lots of bugs.

Do not rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building has a good location and is close to a lot of good restaurants on 9th Ave
Cons:
The landlord sucks. The super sucks. Packages are stolen all the time. I was going to leave window treatments and my wall AC unit for the next tenant, but I was told that I would be charged if I left those behind. There are too many holes in the wall for mice and cockroaches to enter the apartment unit. The super barely patches them and won’t call an exterminator until you catch 10 mice in 3 days. Apartment also has bars INSIDE the windows instead of outside which means you can’t open your windows.
