Good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
I enjoyed the proximity to great restaurants, easy commute and the super was really awesome
Cons:
There is a major mouse problem here. The basement which houses the building laundry, granted it is in the next building over is completely overrun with mice and cockroaches. It's run by the same management company. I know I shouldn't be surprised given the state of the laundry room but mice on the 4th floor is too much.
Advice to owner:
Consider pest management
