lovely home past few years

Pros:
VERY reasonable rent increases year over year. Live-in super keeps the hallway very clean. Everything in the building works. Break-fix is generally fast.

Only 2 units per floor Rarely and noise issues from within the building Tons of closet space
Cons:
Kitchen is sparse Bathroom is old Can be very loud street noise w/ windows open It's a railroad, so not much light
Advice to owner:
Lobby could use a touch up and move the recycling outdoors
