Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s above a flower shop. The management company smoothly gave me my money back after leaving.
Cons:
There’s a mentally unstable lady that lives on the top floor. I had to file a police report in response to her threats as advised by my management company.
Advice to owner:
Evict the entitled tenet who makes anyone who lives there regret it instantly. Not only does she verbally harass you, you’ll likely get a hand written letter threatening you too that looks like a 5 year old wrote. Oh let’s add that she will report you to management for breathing and claim there was a party. Good luck.
